Brushes
Applying makeup to the face requires the use of a makeup brush. Makeup brushes come in two varieties: synthetic and natural. For cream cosmetics, synthetic brushes work best, whilst natural brushes are preferable for powder items. [25] A substance can be applied to the skin smoothly and uniformly by using the right brush for the job.
A foundation brush is typically a thick brush that uniformly applies the substance to the face while also smoothing it out. The best way to use this brush is to get complete coverage.
The thin, tapered tip of a concealer brush enables accurate spot correction for imperfections like pimples or discoloration.
Soft, synthetic bristles on a stippling brush produce an airbrushed appearance.
Natural
Because some of the ingredients in some skincare products may be toxic if absorbed through the skin, naturally manufactured and organic products are becoming more popular. In the United States, products that make the claim to be organic must be “USDA Organic” certified. [27] Women in China and Japan employ the fungus Tremella fuciformis as a cosmetic product, making it one of the most well-known traditional Chinese medicines.
