The right way to do Horse Pose Yoga or Vatyanasana:-
Horse pose yoga can be done in two ways, first, it can be done while standing still and secondly it can be done while standing as well as keeping the body moving. By doing this posture while standing still, you have to do it by standing on your feet and stretching the muscles of the body, and in dynamic, you can do other poses apart from standing while moving the body. - To do this asana, first of all, stand on both feet. Extend both the legs out to the side a little more than the shoulder.
- Take out both feet and keep the hands in the posture of pranam.
- Try to exhale while going down a little with the help of the feet.
- After going down to about 90 degrees, try to pull inward while emphasizing the hands.
- After this, keep the right foot towards the knees of the other leg and try to hold the end of the spine with both hands.
- Repeat this process.
